Shear's Salmon Flies and Crafts is located in Newfoundland, Canada. There are several ways to get here and enjoy the area if you please. The hand made flies and crafts have a theme which is common to the area as well as to Newfoundland in general. You will see the theme of the culture and the area in the prints as well.

Several ways to travel to the area include:

Crossing the Gulf of St. Lawrence from Nova Scotia by taking the CN Marine ferry and arriving in Port Aux Basques.  From there, the Trans Canada Highway can be followed to Deer Lake and then Route 430 (The Viking Trail) North to Gros Morne National Park and on to Cow Head, located in the Park.  Cow Head is about 120 Km north of Deer Lake.

You can also fly into Deer Lake and travel Route 430 North from there, and arrive at Cow Head in the same way.  Flights into Deer Lake can be made from St. John's or Halifax.

Lastly, buses service the entire Northern Penninsula, beginning from Corner Brook.
